It took almost a month to return to blogging, but we are back and are ready with a series of posts! Roger has continued to work out in creative ways and his meals never fail. When we were hosting a series of guest during the aftermath of the hurricane, they were all so impressed with Roger's dinners! They could not believe that we ate like that every night!
Here are some pictures of a Goat Cheese Meatloaf. When Roger returns from another day of helping Hurricane Sandy victims (today he is cleaning out a garage, belonging to senior citizens, that was flooded) he will post the steps to make this yourself!!
